OpxinoMail-Swiss Alias Service

*Currently we own no social media profile and we AREN'T even planning to.

Protect yourself from the daily threats with an alias email! Swiss based. Hosted on Proton with SimpleLogin.

Please check the Q&A below or the information point.

*Everything is done manually!

OpxinoMail Logo

• Using this service with ProtonMail, Tutanota, Cypht, Thunderbird, KMail (Kontact), or any other email client that supports header inspection is highly recommended.

• Why?
A: Our (simplelogin) aliases mask the original sender's email address within the hidden headers of incoming messages. Compatible clients allow you to view this sender information clearly. Without one, you may be surprised—or confused—to see emails arriving from unfamiliar addresses that look random or obfuscated.

OpxinoMail: a swiss-based alias provider

Effortlessly be more secured.

(At the cost of waiting a few hours for our support...)

...annoying, isn't it?

• Joining OpxinoMail is entirely optional. You don’t have to use it. But every new user helps strengthen the network, keeping the domain anonymous through what we call the crowd effect. More aliases mean less visibility. The less visible we are, the more invisible you become (or us).

Simply Generosity

Our Story

It started with a simple question: Why is protecting your inbox such a hassle?

• Between high costs, technical headaches, and confusing privacy steps, keeping your email safe felt like a full-time job. So instead of complaining, Opalxious decided to build the thing he wished already existed.
(his own domain, in order to not depend on google and any other services)

OpxinoMail began as a solo mission, crafted out of necessity, driven by curiosity, and yes, fueled by a touch of healthy paranoia (and cat pictures). (“Privacy caused by paranoia” isn’t just a motto... it’s the vibe.)

• Without a team, budget, or startup gloss, the goal was clear: offer a lightweight, low-cost alias service that doesn’t require users to self-host or wrestle with complex setups. What started as a personal tool soon became something worth sharing (out of generosity).

*Make sure to read everything in the Info Center, so that you won't complain later...

Transparency

Our Way of Doing Things

You're trusting us with your request, and we respect that fully. Here’s what we do:

• We receive your requested alias names.

• We create them privately in our Proton Pass Plus account.

• We add your specified inbox (forwarding address).

• That’s it. We don’t store or reuse your data beyond that purpose.
*Opal is the only account owner.
✓ We act simply as a trusted intermediary - a third party who helps get your aliases online securely and privately.

Privacy Made Simple

About our SimpleLogin.io Setup

Advanced

- These settings are applied for the whole domain (including subdomains).

- Replying to emails you have recieved from your alias is currently experimental. I would recommend, not doing that as it would risk revealing your true email.

☑️ Include sender address in reverse-alias (enabled):

Purpose: This option tells SimpleLogin to link reverse aliases to the original sender behind the scenes, so replies can be routed correctly.

Effect: You’ll see reply aliases like [email protected], which encode the sender’s domain or address inside the alias. This lets you reply safely - SimpleLogin delivers your response to the correct sender without exposing your address.

Example:
From: [email protected]
Subject: Your Amazon Order Confirmation
-
Even though it looks like gibberish, it contains amazon.com.

☑️ Include sender address in email headers (enabled):

Effect: Email clients like ProtonMail will display the actual sender (e.g., [email protected]) clearly. Gmail may hide it, but it can be revealed using "Show original" to inspect headers like X-Simplelogin-Envelope-From.

Purpose: Adds metadata into the email’s hidden headers that includes the original sender’s true address.
*this was enabled to clear up confusion.

✖️ Enable replacing reverse alias (Disabled):

Effect: This controls whether the automatically generated reverse alias (like [email protected]) is replaced with a cleaner or custom identifier.

Purpose: Adds metadata into the email’s hidden headers that includes the original sender’s true address.
*this was enabled to clear up confusion.
- This preserves anonymity and avoids revealing real sender info in the “From” field.

Conclusion: Without this enabled, the sender’s real email (like [email protected]) won’t be visible in the “From” field — only in hidden headers.

Frequently Asked Questions

(Mango, please add more Q&A's here, thank you.)

What is OpxinoMail?
OpxinoMail is a Swiss-based alias email service. It’s designed to help you stay private online by using disposable email addresses powered by Proton and SimpleLogin (with our custom domain). Your real address stays hidden, and you stay protected from email based threats.
What is an alias?
It's like a disguise for your email address. Instead of giving out your real one, you use an alias-so any messages go to your inbox, but your true email stays hidden. Think of it like forwarding mail from a P.O. box instead of your home.
Do I need to log in to use my aliases?
Nope, zero fuss! Once we set it up for you, everything automatically forwards to your chosen email. No separate login, no special inbox, nothing to manage. You just receive your messages like normal.
How can I contact support?
You can reach our support team via email at [email protected] or through our contact form. You will recieve a confirmation from our domain's email or from the owner himself: [email protected]
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available from Tuesdays to Sundays, from 1 PM to 7 PM GMT+02. Opalxious is the only support person. This project is solo-run. Please be aware that I also have a life and I wont always be able to respond. Sorry.
Which email clients work best with it?
We recommend using ProtonMail, Tutanota, Cypht, Thunderbird, KMail (Kontact), or any client that allows you to inspect email headers. These give you full visibility into who’s actually messaging you.
Why do I sometimes get emails from strange-looking addresses?
That's normal! Our SimpleLogin aliases mask sender addresses within email headers. If your client doesn't reveal those headers, the sender might look unfamiliar-like a cryptic domain or gibberish-style email. But don't worry: the real sender's info is still safely stored under the hood. You just need a special email client (check question above)!
How is my alias created?
Once you submit a request:
- We create your alias privately using our Proton Pass Plus account.
- We link it to your specified forwarding inbox.
- We never store or reuse your data beyond that. Opal is the sole owner, and we act only as your trusted intermediary.
Can I reply from my alias?
Replying is currently experimental, and could expose your real address. Use with caution or avoid replying until this feature is more stable.
Is my email content data safe?
Yes. We do not store your incoming or outgoing messages. SimpleLogin only forwards it. That's all. Even if we wanted to see your email's content, we couldn't. We only handle alias creation securely, and respect your privacy throughout.
What we can see, is your real email that you provided in your request (obviously).
Can I trust this service?
Yes. OpxinoMail was made by Opalxious for his own privacy and for close friends. He runs the service personally and uses it himself... so it's built with care, transparency, and long-term stability in mind.
Why use OpxinoMail instead of SimpleLogin?
OpxinoMail is an independent alias provider built on top of the same technology, SimpleLogin, but with some personal touches:
- By using our domain, you help keep it anonymous. Widespread services like SimpleLogin are occasionally blocked by websites because they’re widely recognized. OpxinoMail is new and low-profile.
- Our service is super affordable and designed to save time, we handle setup so you don’t have to self-host.
- More domains are coming soon, giving you a choice of alias identities to match your style or use-case.
*It's all voluntary, but your support makes private communication easier for everyone (or for us).
document.querySelectorAll('.carrd-faq-q').forEach(question => { question.addEventListener('click', function() { const faq = this.parentElement; document.querySelectorAll('.carrd-faq').forEach(item => { if (item !== faq) item.classList.remove('active'); }); faq.classList.toggle('active'); }); });

Alias Management

A) Block a Contact

• If someone is bothering you, you can contact us immediately and we'll block their contact. You will no longer receive emails from that sender.• Support requests should be clear and well-structured. Please include:- A proper title in your subject line: Block a Contact, Contact Block, etc.- A short message describing your request. Don't forget to include the contact's email address and your alias(es).

*For options A and B, contact us at: [email protected]

B) Disable/Delete an Alias

• If an alias is no longer needed or has been compromised (e.g. leaked in a breach or shared without authorization), contact us right away. We will disable or delete it.*Deleted aliases are unrecoverable.
Disabled aliases can be re-enabled. If someone tries to contact a disabled alias, they will receive the standard error for a deleted or non-existent address!
• Support requests should be clear and well-structured. Please include:- A proper title in your subject line: Disable an Alias, Alias Deactivation, Alias Deletion, etc.- A short message describing your request. Don't forget to include the contact's email address and your alias(es).

*For options A and B, contact us at: [email protected]

C) Data Control

[email protected]

Read this carefully.

I don't care if you are an american user, or an european user, everyone benefits here from the same rights.

• We believe in transparency and privacy. Here's what we collect, how it's protected, and what you can request or delete:

What we Collect:

• Because we use a Proton Pass Plus subscription with a custom domain, Proton (and we) require your real email address(es) to be added as inboxes (obviously). This is essential for routing messages securely.Additionally:- Proton automatically logs contacts who interact with your alias. These are added when someone emails you.- You can request us to block or delete these contacts.- We do not manually review your contact list, it's time-consuming and unnecessary. This project was built for privacy, and we respect that.

How your Data is Protected:

- Our Proton Pass account is secured by Swiss privacy laws, Proton’s encryption, and our 24/7 use of Proton VPN.- The account is only accessed by me, the creator of this project, and I take full responsibility for its security.- While we won't disclose our exact access protocols, rest assured: this project was built for me and my close friends, and I treat your data with the same care I expect for my own.On Proton’s side:- Your data is encrypted using Proton’s Second Password feature, making it unreadable even in the event of a breach.- Swiss law provides additional legal protection for your data (as of writing this, 2025).

What You Can Request:

- A list of your aliases and their current status- Payment history (dates and method: BTC or XMR)- Your inboxes- A list of your contacts (optional — we may skip this if it's too time-consuming)

What We Can Delete:

On our side:- Contacts (they may reappear if someone emails your alias again)- Aliases (deleted aliases are moved to a trash bin and cannot be reclaimed UNLESS permanently purged)- Inboxes- Emails we received from youOn Proton’s side:- Your data is encrypted using Proton’s Second Password feature, making it unreadable even in the event of a breach.- Swiss law provides additional legal protection for your data (as of writing this, 2025)

*For option C, contact us at: [email protected]

D) In the Event of Possible Criminal Activity:

I hope it will never be the case for this:

Proton will not hand over data to foreign authorities directly. All requests must go through Swiss legal channels, typically via a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or a Swiss court order.I (Opalxious) will be notified if a Swiss authority requests your data for criminal proceedings, unless a court temporarily prohibits notification for safety or legal reasons.Proton challenges requests whenever possible and only complies after exhausting all legal remedies.Encrypted data is inaccessible, even to Proton. Thanks to end-to-end encryption and the “Second Password” feature, Proton cannot read my emails and my alias notes (or yours, if you made yourself a Proton account).-> So, If an authority contacts us requesting user data, we will only respond if the request is validated by Swiss legal procedures.

Summary of our Service

So you don't have to read the whole Info Center.

What We Actually Do- We run a Proton Pass Plus subscription with no limits, and host our own custom domain inside that account. You don't need a Proton subscription, we've got that covered. Here's how it works:✓ You request aliases and inboxes, we manually create them for you
✓ You can use our domain for free, or pay a tiny fee to use your own domain hosted through us
✓ All aliases forward to your inbox, we never see your message content (and also can't if we tried)
✓ No automation, no Proton-owned domains, this keeps us fully aligned with Proton’s Terms of Service
We act as your privacy shield, letting you stay anonymous without needing technical know-how or paying for subscriptions.Reminder: For best results, use an email client that supports header inspection, so you can clearly see the real sender behind each alias. (See Main Page or FAQ)And here's the real charm:- You're helping us stay anonymous too. The more aliases in use, the harder our domain is to trace. It's the crowd effect, your privacy strengthens ours.- This is a solo dev operation. I'm the only one creating, managing, and replying. I use the service myself, so I have zero interest in doing anything shady.- If you don't get a reply right away, don't freak out, I'll get to you as soon as I can. No ticket system, just real support from a real person.

How our System Works

The more you know...

A) Alias Syntax

• Aliases in the Free and Pro plans follow a strict formatting rule to protect privacy, prevent impersonation, and keep things compatible with our system.Free Plan
- Available subdomains: .als.*, .sec.*, .aleeas.*
- Main domain use not included
Pro Plan
- Includes all Free Plan subdomains
- Also grants access to: .opxinomail.com
Format
Each alias will follow this structure:

[user-chosen ID].[system-generated suffix]@[subdomain].opxinomail.com

Examples:[email protected]
[email protected]
User-chosen ID: you pick this (e.g., your name, a service, a keyword)
Suffix: randomly generated by us, helps prevent collisions and impersonation
Subdomain: based on your plan and preferences
⚡ Revolutionary Plan
This plan allows for exceptions. You can request custom formats, domains, or even aliases without the suffix, depending on your needs and the agreement.

B) Alias System

• Your identity stays hidden, the sender sees only the alias, never your actual inbox address.• All messages are forwarded directly to your real inbox, instantly and silently.• No tracking, no leaks, no exposure, the sender has no idea who you are unless you reply from your real address (this might depend).*Optional: inspect the headers to see the true sender if needed. Ideal for email clients that support it.

C) FROM: Header

Example from Tutamail android app

• When someone sends an email to your alias, you might notice that the “From:” field shows strange or unexpected information. Sometimes it looks like gibberish, or just doesn't reveal the true sender at all.• This is intentional behavior, especially with SimpleLogin, which masks the real sender by default.- Why?
A: Likely to protect privacy and prevent casual inspection of the sender's identity, especially in clients that expose “From” headers directly.

Fig. 1 - Opalxious's Point of View

Fig. 1: Opalxious receives an email sent from a Tuta user via his alias. At first glance, the “From” looks like encrypted chaos, no sender clarity.

Fig. 2 - Opalxious planning to inspect the headers.

Fig. 2: By inspecting the email headers, he finds the real sender hidden in the X-Sender and Return-Path fields. That's the transparency layer, visible only if you go looking for it.

Below you can see the true sender.
"[email protected]"

X-SimpleLogin-Type: ForwardX-SimpleLogin-EmailLog-ID: 807755790
X-SimpleLogin-Envelope-From: [email protected]
X-SimpleLogin-Original-From: [email protected]
X-SimpleLogin-Envelope-To: [email protected]
From: temporary-fj3j4otjattutamailcom[email protected]
To: Opalxious <[email protected]>
X-SimpleLogin-Want-Signing: yes

*Remember, user B from tutanota cannot see your real email ([email protected]).

**If you're ever confused by these hidden headers, use an email app that supports header inspection. It shows you the true sender, which is especially useful when handling sensitive messages.

***Many privacy-forward email clients, like ProtonMail, and others, do this automatically. They handle aliases and header masking to improve anonymity and reduce metadata exposure, while still preserving delivery accuracy.

D) Restrictions

• To keep things private, personal, and compliant, we do not use automated systems for creating aliases or inboxes. Everything is done manually, by one person, to prevent abuse, spam, or unintended violations of Proton's Terms of Service.- Because of this:
• Some alias requests may be denied, especially if they could impersonate staff or create confusion: e.g. [email protected] or admin2.(prefix)@als.opxinomail.com
✗ You cannot request aliases that use Proton-owned or SimpleLogin domains, we're keeping it ethical and respectful• No bots, no bulk automation, this isn't a spam platform. It's a privacy tool for... humans....
